Become a Vendor

Want to showcase your business in front of thousands of rodeo fans? Join us as a vendor at the 2026 Peace River Pro Rodeo Classic in Wauchula, Florida! Whether you’re serving up crowd-favorite bites or offering handmade goods and Western wares, there’s a spot for you under the Friday night lights.
Vendor spaces are just $120 and include both nights of the rodeo,  January 30 & 31, 2026. Gates open at 5 PM and the arena comes alive at 7 PM with PRCA and WPRA-sanctioned action.

Mutton Bustin'

One of the most beloved events at the Peace River Pro Rodeo Classic, Mutton Bustin’ gives our youngest cowboys and cowgirls a chance to ride for glory, and maybe even a buckle!

We’re taking 20 entries each night (Friday and Saturday), with rides kicking off at the start of the rodeo. The top 10 scorers from the first round will return to ride again right before intermission.

To enter, children must:
  • Be between 3–6 years old as of January 30, 2026
  • Weigh 50 lbs or less
  • Wear a helmet (provided) and closed-toe shoes — no exceptions
Winners receive fun prizes, including a custom Mutton Bustin’ Championship Buckle for first place!

Sign-ups begin at 5:15 PM at the announcer’s stand. Forms are available on the website and can also be brought the night of the event. It’s first come, first serve, don’t miss your shot at rodeo fame!

Venue Information
The Hardee County Cattlemans Arena is a covered outdoor arena with seating for 3,200 per performance. Seating is aluminum bleachers without backs, however, seat cushions are permitted in the arena but must be no more than 12 inches deep by 14 inches wide. Spaces are available for wheelchairs and scooters. 
Food & Beverages
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Concessions are available for purchase on site through onsite vendors.
​ Absolutely no alcohol is permitted on premises. 
Parking
Parking is available in unpaved lots off of Altman Rd. Parking is $3 per vehicle and a percentage of the proceeds support Hardee High School's Project Graduation. Project Graduation is an event that allows seniors to have a fun, safe graduation night.

Driving & Directions

FROM SEBRING
Travel north on US Hwy 27 towards Avon Park. Turn left on SR 64. After 12 miles, stay straight to continue on E Main St towards Wauchula. Continue on E Main St through the town of Wauchula, then turn left onto Altman Rd. Continue south on Altman Rd for approximately one mile, and the fairgrounds parking lot will be on the right.
 
FROM ARCADIA
Travel north on Hwy 17 towards Wauchula. Turn left on Stenstrom Rd. Travel approximately 1.5 miles. Turn left onto Altman Rd, and the fairgrounds parking lot will be just ahead on the right.
 
FROM BRADENTON/SARASOTA
Travel east on SR 64 towards Zolfo Springs. Approximately 3 miles past the caution light in Ona, turn left onto W Main St. Continue on W Main St for approximately 5.5 miles, then turn right onto Altman Rd. Travel south on Altman Rd for approximately one mile, and the fairgrounds parking lot will be on the right.

FROM LAKELAND/BARTOW
Travel south on Hwy 17/US 98 towards Wauchula. Turn right on Stenstrom Rd. Travel approximately 1.5 miles. Turn left onto Altman Rd, and the fairgrounds parking lot will be just ahead on the right.
